Description
Try hand building and wheel work and we’ll help you create 2 to 3 items, perhaps a teacup, vase, milk jug, candle holder, soap dish, sushi dish or maybe a special dinner bowl for your pet!
You can apply underglaze colours to your work during the session and we will add a high transparent gloss glaze for your pottery’s second firing.
High fire glazes are available to choose from but these can only be applied after your pottery has completed it’s first firing. You will be shown a range of high fire glazes and you can choose one colour for each of your pottery makes.
Your pottery will be available to collect in 3-4 weeks or we can post it to you for an additional charge.
If you only want to come back to glaze your own pottery yourself, which will allow you to achieve more complex glazes, we will offer you a 15% discount for a one-off 2.5 hour session.
Come pot with us for this Taster Session and then if you would like to continue your pottery adventure you can upgrade to our 6 week Pottery Making Adventure and we’ll give you our bespoke apron, bag and pottery notebook.
No need to wait for the next 6 week cycle, we can book you in for the next week because we know what its like when you get the pottery bug.
Our pottery making is for adults, and young adults of 15 years and over. Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
